Making A Purchase
Payments can be made by EU bank transfer, PayPal or credit card via Stripe. Mobile payments via Google Pay and Apple Pay are also available. You can also pay via Sofort after order completion with your usual banking credentials. All goods shall remain the property of Travel Movies until paid for it full. All accounts are payable immediately.
Delivery
We will aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible. The customer will inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and will notify Travel Movies in writing of any shortage or defect in the order within fourteen days of receipt.
Copyright
The customer is solely entitled for private use of Blu-ray discs and DVDs. Any commercial use is excluded. A reproduction (also in parts), rental, lending or public performance (also free) are not allowed.
Liability
Travel Movies is liable in cases of intent or gross negligence of Travel Movies or a representative or a vicarious agent after the statutory provisions. In addition Travel Movies is liable for defects under the Product Liability Act, due to the loss of life, body or health, and because of the culpable violation of essential contractual obligations.
